In the past this fertile valley was worked by German immigrants they took there produce the 10 mile treak to Cincinnati to sell. Still using old world techniques, Hops Springs Farm is growing fresh hops for the local craft brewing market. Honey Bees are also a huge part of this growing process. Three hives on the property help keep the hops well pollenated & healthy.
