"We decided after my 22 years in the construction/restoration industry, and Melissa’s background in engineering and construction field, that we would form our own company with one goal in mind, customer satisfaction. Having traveled all over the country chasing work, I always believed if you focused on taking care of your customers and conducting business the right way, that the work would come to you. Most of the time when our services are needed, our customers are in a negative situation. Our goal is to be the solution, not another problem. At the end of every job, if the customer is not 100% satisfied, then we have failed at what we set out to do. Every job is different, and every customer deserves our best."
